Tiger Beach Ocean Park
laohutan Tiger Beach Ocean Park is China’s largest modern seaside playground. The park is equipped with the Polar Ocean Animal Museum and Sea Animal Museum, which are known as “concentrating the polar world and showing the wonders of the ocean”, they are the largest coral museum in China and the iconic tiger sculpture as well. You can enjoy the cross-sea aerial ropeway and sea yacht there. Additionally, the bird language forest outside the park and the 4D cinema also provide visitors with a new entertainment experience.
Jinshitan National Tourism Resort
jinshitan Jinshitan National Tourism Resort is the back garden of Dalian, which is called the “romantic capital” and has the reputation of “Shenli Sculpture Park”. More than 30 kilometers of coastline stretches the geological wonders of 300-900 million years. The Sinian rock, which was born 600 million years ago, has formed a magnificent landscape of stone, known as the “solidified animal world”. There are many attractions in the resort, including Shili Gold Coast, Discovery Kingdom Theme Park, Jinshitan Geological Museum, Jinshi World Celebrity Wax Museum, Jinshiyuan Park, and Jinshi Equestrian Base.
Xinghai Square
xinghai Dalian Xinghai Square is the largest city square in Asia and was built to commemorate the return of Hong Kong. The entire square is oval in shape and larger than the two Tiananmen Squares. The central avenue runs through the center of the square. It once stood the largest white marble watch in the country and has been demolished. 999 pieces of Sichuan red marble are scattered in all corners of the square, engraved with Tiangandi, 24 solar terms and 12 zodiac signs, which highlight the traditional Chinese culture. In Xinghai Square, you can enjoy not only musical fountains, various sculptures, but also sea and night views. During the major festivals, you can also watch the female mounted police riding the horses to see their cool heroic posture.
